Flat Rate Shipping

- We offer flat rate shipping of $15 on all domestic orders, regardless of order size.

- This rate covers packaging, handling, and standard shipping within Canada

Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.

- During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Method & Delivery

- We ship via Canada Post, using standard shipping.

- Estimated delivery times are 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping

- At this time, we are not offering international shipping.

Tracking Information

- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

- Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at squeekfs@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
